Competing at the European Wrestling Championship in Italy, Crimean Tatar Lenur Temirov won the third-place match he made with the Norwegian wrestler Andre Berge and won the bronze medal.

Fighting for Ukraine at 63 kilograms, the Crimean Tatar wrestler took the match head-to-head with his veteran opponent in the bronze medal competition and conquered the bronze medal.

The Italian European Wrestling Championship which witnessed the last competitions in Europe before the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, started on February 10, 2020. It is learned that the championship continuing in the capital city, Rome, will last 7 days. The competitions will maintain in men’s freestyle, Greco-roman and women’s 10-weight.
