TV channel Zvezda (“Star”) recorded a comment of the People’s Artist of the USSR Elena Obraztsova, who died on January 12, 2015 about the death of journalist Sergei Dorenko who died on May 9.

According to the media resource of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the well-known opera singer “attended” the funeral of the journalist and even spoke to the press, TVRain reports.

The material of Zvezda under the heading “Obraztsova told what compromises Dorenko had made in his work” was published on Sunday, May 12, but later it was removed.

According to the text, the “singer emphasized” that Dorenko never compromised and was guided only by the truth in his professional activities.

“Low bow to him and eternal memory,” the deceased woman “noted”.

At the moment, the material has been deleted on the website of Zvezda, it also cannot be found in the caches of Google and Yandex, however, TVRain noted that it is available in the search results of Yandex.

After the information got into the media, Zvezda propagandists wrote a refutation.
