Aksyonov blustering about reducing the cost of travel in the Crimea. "Elections to the state council" are close
From September 1, fares for public transportation in the occupied Crimea will be reduced if carriers operating in the Simferopol region do not settle into a decent schedule.
The “head” of the illegally annexed Crimea Sergey Aksyonov made a corresponding statement during a field meeting on issues of Simferopol region.
According to him, a number of companies continue to refer to the profitability of routes and do not comply with the terms of the contract.
Aksyonov claims that the “government” made concessions to the Association of Road Carriers and raised the cost of transportation, however, if the situation does not change before the deadline, minibuses will be replaced by municipal transport.
It should be noted that Aksyonov’s threat was voiced on the eve of the “elections to the state council” that will take place on September 8. The “head” of the Crimea is leading in the list of Putin’s United Russia party, according to the vote which took place on June 14 at a party conference.
QHA media published material (available in Russian) about all the ups and downs of the “elections to the state council” of Crimea.
