Brochures of funeral prices instead of taking measures against coronavirus
Due to the new type of coronavirus pandemic, 754 people are under medical surveillance in Crimea occupied by Russia.
Instead of taking the necessary measures to stop the spread of the outbreak, the occupying administration distributes leaflets about funeral services to residents.
A resident of Akmescit (Simferopol) Aleksandr Kalayda made a statement on social media, publishing the image of the brochures advertising the funeral services left in the mailboxes, and said, “I think it is not appropriate to distribute such brochures to the mailboxes in the context of the tension felt by everyone related to the coronavirus! There is no word to say, you gave very good moral support, especially to old people.”
In the brochures left in the mailboxes of Akmescit (Simferopol) residents by the Funeral Services ruled by the invading administration, the information of steps to be followed in case of someone’s death, as well as information and prices on different funeral packages, were provided.
