Denisova states another exchange of prisoners may take place before the end of the year. Among 113 prisoners - 89 are Crimean Tatars

The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Lyudmila Denisova, on the air of the program ‘Snіdanok s 1 + 1’, told about the prospects for another exchange of detained persons between Ukraine and Russia before the end of the year.

“The prospects for exchange exist, I believe that this year the exchange will take place. We do not stop, we are conducting personal negotiations, the president and the head of the working group, namely Mr. Yermak, are conducting negotiations in order to return everyone. Now – of those who are identified – there are 113 our people, of which 89 are Crimean Tatars,” she said.

QHA media reported that on September 7, Kremlin prisoners arrived at Boryspil Airport – 24 Ukrainian sailors and another 11 political prisoners returned to Ukraine.
