Ukraine’s biggest dolphinarium to open in Kezlev

KEZLEV/ YEVPATORIYA (QHA) - The construction of a new dolphinarium, which will become the largest not only in Crimea, but also in Ukraine, is nearing completion in Kezlev/ Yevpatoriya. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The building owner is the Yevpatoriya Research and Development Enterprise ‘Akvamarin.’
The construction of the dolphinarium was commenced in 2009. The building with the auditorium designed for 700 seats and a swimming pool at 2 cubic meters of water will be located near the sea. Another two tanks of 400 and 200 cubic meters are intended for the housing of pinnipeds. The roof of the building is in the form of the dome, and the central part of the pool will be opened during the warm season.
An important part of the dolphinarium will be a park with water supply and lighting.
It is planned to open the dolphinarium before the holiday season.
