Ukraine launches first biogas cogeneration plant  KYIV (QHA) - Ukraine’s first biogas cogeneration plant has been commissioned by the Ukrainian company TIS Eco at the Prymorsky municipal solid waste range of Mariupol (Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine), according to Ukrinform.
Electric power of the installation produced by EuroDiesel is 200 kW, heat power - 215 kW.
Another system for biogas utilization is to be installed on the second solid waste range of Mariupol.
In addition, it is planned to supply the electricity to EnergoRynok, thermal energy - for the needs of industrial enterprises.
