UAH 340 mln spent for roads repair

AQMESCIT/ SIMFEROPIL (QHA) - UAH 340 million was spent for the repair of 91 km of roads in 2011.
In particular, roads were repaired in Aluşta/ Alushta, Kezlev/ Yevpatoriya, Krasnoperekopsk, Suvdaq/ Sudak, Kefe/ Feodosiya, Cankoy/ Dzhankoy, Keriç/ Kerch, Aqmescit/ Simferopil, Saq/ Saky and the Aq-Meçet/ Chornomorske raion.
About UAH 70.5 million was allocated for the gasification and commissioning of a gas distribution station and 156.4 km of gas pipeline in the Yedı-Quyu/ Lenine, Aqşeih/ Razdolne and İçki/ Sovetske raions.
The reconstruction of a water main in the village of Qoy Asan/ Frontove was completed, as well as water treatment facilities in Kefe (4.3 km) and the construction of a water passage Kefe – Suvdaq (6 km), according to the Republican Committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on Construction and Architecture.
UAH 90.3 million was earmarked for the reconstruction of a kindergarten №78 in Aqmescit and Sadove, Seitler/ Nyzhniohirsk raion.
Authorities commenced the construction of seven pre-school institutions in Aqmescit, Kezlev, Kefe, Keriç and the urban village of Moynaq/ Zaozerne, as well as completed building gymnasium in the urban village of Yedı-Quyu.
42 trolleys, 25 buses and 8 school buses were purchased in 2011 as part of the modernization of a transport infrastructure. In addition, an overhaul of 3 substations and 12 km of Aqmescit – Aluşta – Yalta trolleybus line were carried out.
