Tymoshenko may undergo outside surgery

KYIV (QHA) - Imprisoned former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko may undergo surgery outside the Kachanivska penal colony, said the State Penal Service, according to Interfax-Ukraine.
Head of medical department of the colony Poliakov told that though operative treatment is not predicted and founded by medical workers, the Penal Service is ready to ensure respective conditions in case a surgery is needed.
As QHA earlier reported, on February 16, foreign and Ukrainian doctors completed examination of Tymoshenko at the Kachanivska women's penal colony in Kharkiv.
