Sportswoman from Aqmescit wins Ukrainian Boxing Championship

AQMESCIT/ SIMFEROPIL (QHA) - An athlete from Aqmescit/ Simferopil Halyna Holovchenko has won the Ukrainian Boxing Championship which was held in Vinnytsia last weekend, the press service of the Aqmescit City Council has reported.
The sportswoman became best in the competitions among young people aged 18-19 in the weight category up to 60 kg, leaving behind athlete from Zaporizhzhia Oblast with a score of 21:7.
Thanks to excellent performance in the championship, Halyna was invited to participate in the Ukraine-Russia match meeting to be held in Moscow, Russia, in late February. In many ways, her participation in the upcoming World Cup in China will depend on the results of this tournament.
