Russia allows Ukrainian meat from Ukraine  KYIV (QHA) - The Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, Mykola Prysiazhniuk, has recently met with the Deputy Head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Yevgeny Nepoklonov, to have reached agreement on the opening Ukrainian meat products delivery to the Russian markets, Ukrinform has reported with reference to Ukraine's Agriculture and Food Ministry.
Thus, Russia has allowed the import of meat products of a number of Ukrainian enterprises.
“We agreed on supplies of poultry meat and pork by Ukrainian producers,” the ministry said.
Bilateral meetings were also held with the leadership of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).
However, the press office does not name the companies that received the right to export their products to Russia, just noting that those are some 4 or 6 enterprises.
