PPO opens case over illegal seizure of Yalta Reserve lands

YALTA (QHA) - Criminal proceedings have been instituted over the unlawful seizure of two land plots of the Yalta Mountain-Land Reserve, the press service of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Crimea (PPO) has reported.
According to the report, the area of plots is 0.3 ha, the cost – over UAH 670,000.
Illegal transfer of land to private individuals was due to the actions of officials of the reserve and management of environmental inspections of the South-Crimean region.
