Keriç to present its tourism potential

KERIÇ/ KERCH (QHA) - Keriç/ Kerch will host an information tour and a tourism exhibition on February 26, the Crimean Resort and Information Centre has reported.
According to the Chief of the Recreational Activities Department of the Keriç Town Council, Iryna Inohorodska, the event is expected to attract more than 50 travel agents and tour operators from Poltava, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia and other Ukrainian cities.
She said that during the tour, its participants will visit the Keriç Historical and Archaeological Museum, the Golden Treasury containing gold and silver coins found in the town and its environs, as well as experience their hand at pottery. Travel agents and tour operators will become familiar with the health opportunities of Keriç hotels, holiday camps and resorts.
The exhibition will feature over forty recreation facilities, hotels, more than ten travel agencies and museums.

Inohorodska expressed confidence that both the information tour and exhibition will be successful and provide a steady flow of tourists in the town. “Participants will be able to travel to personally see and become familiar with the sanatorium and resort institutions represented in the region. We hope that a lot of contracts will be concluded and the representatives of travel industry in Kerch will find many new partners,” she underscored.
After Keriç, participants will visit the exhibition in Kefe/ Feodosiya, Aluşta/ Alushta and Yalta.
