On Thursday, March 8, the strategic reconnaissance UAV of the US RQ-4A Global Hawk conducted aerial reconnaissance off the coast of the occupied Crimea, according to the CivMilA aviation tracking service on Twitter.

The UAV with the number 10-2043, flew from the Sigonella airbase (Sicily, Italy) and for several hours made flights at an altitude of 16 thousand meters from the western edge of the Crimea along its western and southern coast.

Moreover, in the area of ​​Sevastopol, the RQ-4A Global Hawk was approaching the shores for a distance of approximately 30 km, i.е. flew almost along the edge of the sea border, and in the Alupka area - 34 km.

Earlier, in February, an American unmanned aerial vehicle Global Hawk and reconnaissance aircraft EP-3 Aries also conducted reconnaissance of the Black Sea along the coastline of the occupied Crimea
