Ukrainian representatives in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC) left the occupied territory of Donbas, according to Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Jozef Venskovich.
He stated that, the Ukrainian JCCC observers were withdrawn from the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas - the city of Soledar.
Venskovich specified that the column has left today at 10:30.
"The Ukrainian side in JCCC will continue to monitor, facilitate the work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission and monitor the contact line, record illegal shelling and promote the ceasefire," the press officer reported.
At the same time, according to Venskovich, the Ukrainian side does not possess information on the withdrawal of Russian officers to the JCCC from the occupied Donbas to Russia.
Earlier, the representative of Ukraine in the working subgroup on security issues of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk Yevgen Marchuk said that the of the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC) in the Donbas could cease its activities after the withdrawal of the Russian military.
Reportedly, the DPR stated that the Russian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC) had left the territory of the Donbas.
