The withdrawal of Russian officers from the Joint Center for Control and Coordination may worsen the humanitarian situation in the temporarily occupied territories, Hryhoriy Tuka Deputy Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons reported in his twitter.

“The withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the JCCC would lead to a worsening of the humanitarian situation in the Donbas and is aimed solely at making Ukraine legalize the "power" of the ORDLO,” Tuka stated.

Earlier, Russian officers who worked as part of the JCCC in the Donbas returned to Russia. A group of Russian officers at full strength have crossed the checkpoint "Hoptivka" on the Russian-Ukrainian border. They will reach Moscow in the near future.
