Staff of the OSCE Special Mission Monitoring Mission investigates the circumstances surrounding the firing of a teenage group in Horlivka. Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine made a corresponding statement at a press conference in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre, QHA correspondent reports.

“SMM knows about the incident in Horlivka. At the moment, our patrols continue to clarify the circumstances," he said, commenting on yesterday's statement by the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation about firing at a group of teenagers in the occupied Horlivka by militants, which resulted in injured.

At the same time, Hug did not report any additional details about the incident.

Hug also noted that since the beginning of the year as off the end of July, the OSCE SMM has confirmed 161 victims casualties in the conflict zone on the Donbas, including 29 dead and 132 wounded.

QHA reported that in Horlivka, Donetsk region, pro-Russian militants opened fire on a group of teenagers, as a result of which several of them were injured. The speaker of the Ministry of Defense, Dmitry Gutsulyak, said that cases of unlawful actions on the part of the Russian military to the local population are quite frequent in the occupied territories.
