KYIV (QHA) -

Over the past day in the area of the Antiterrorist Operation in the East of Ukraine, three cases of ceasefire violation by militants of terrorist groups were recorded. As a result of attacks, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) was killed, two more were injured, the press center of the ATO headquarters reported on Facebook.

“Unfortunately, losses are again recorded among our servicemen. As a result of enemy shelling, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, two more were injured," reads the report.

In the Donetsk direction, militants fired at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Peski from 82-mm mortar and grenade launchers.

In the Azov Sea area, terrorists fired near Lebedinsky from mortars of 82 millimeters caliber, and near Vodyane - from large-caliber machine guns and small arms.

QHA reported that in the coming days militants of terrorist groups in the territory of certain regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO) may conduct armed provocations. The Information and Analytical Center noted that possible provocations are connected with increasing the intensity of the training of militants and "yet another arrival of the so-called" humanitarian assistance" from Russia to the occupied territory."
