February 6, in the area of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) in the Donbas, 14 cases of ceasefire violation by the militants of terrorist groups were recorded. As a result of the shelling, four soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were injured, according to the report of the ATO headquarters press center on Facebook.

“The Russian-occupation troops continued to fire at the strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including from weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. The enemy was particularly active in violating the ceasefire agreement in the evening," reads the report.

The press center noted that the militants carried out 14 targeted attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“Over the past day, 14 targeted attacks by the invaders have been recorded. As a result of enemy fire, three Ukrainian soldiers were injured, another one obtained combat wound.”

On the Luhansk direction, the terrorists opened fire from 120-mm mortar, anti-aircraft guns and heavy machine guns near Troitsky.

“The enemy fired on the defenders of the Krymske village from the anti-tank missile system, the defenders of Katerinovka were fired from the grenade launchers, the illegal armed formations violated the truce near Stanytsia Luhanska using the small arms. During the day, the Russian aggressor fired mortars of 120 and 82 mm calibers near Novozvanivka, and the positions near Novooleksandrivka were fired from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.”

In the Donetsk direction, militants fired mortar shells of 120 and 82 millimeters, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Lebedynsky, 82-mm mortar shells and infantry weapons were used near Pavlopil, and 120-millimeter mortar shells in the Shirokine area.

Near Bogdanivka, terrorists fired from the infantry fighting vehicle, and from small arms near Vodyane.

Earlier, on February 4 in the ATO zone, 5 cases of ceasefire violations by the militants were recorded over the day. As a result, two Ukrainian defenders received injuries, another one - was wounded. Servicemen were provided with the necessary medical assistance.
