This academic year the students in the occupied Crimea will receive free diaries, which contain pieces of information calling the Crimean Tatars aggressors and invaders, according to Uainfo portal.

“September 1, all the schoolchildren in Crimea will be given free diaries. Except for the Russian national anthem, flag and other patriotic nonsense, the diaries will contain brief account of the Crimean history.
According to it, the Crimean Tatars began to seize the territory of the Crimea in 1991 in a fit of nationalism. The Turkish authorities provided them with powerful ideological and financial support and the Ukrainian officials closed their eyes for it.”

The pro-Russian propaganda in the Crimean schools began with the occupation. So, in the 2016-2017 academic year, the Crimean sixth graders will learn the "detailed" history of the Crimea, which includes its development as a part of Russia. The history of Ukrainian Crimea is not included in the course at all, as well as the Crimean Tatar component.
