Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) informs that 3,140 people have been released so far, while 155 Ukrainian citizens remain hostage.

“According to the SBU, as of now, 3140 people were released and found; as many as 155 Ukrainian citizens remain hostage to the so-called "DPR / LPR"; 403 people are still missing. Ten of our compatriots are illegally detained on the territory of Russia,” reads the message.

On October 26, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that 38 Ukrainian political prisoners were illegally imprisoned in Russian facilities.

Earlier, QHA informed about the willingness of the parties to exchange hostages under the formula "88" to "313", at that time, 144 people were kept hostage in the so-called "DPR \ LPR"
