Among the population of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, discontent is growing with Russian citizens occupying leadership positions, both in illegal armed groups and local authorities, according to the coordinator of the group "Information Resistance", People's Deputy of Ukraine Dmitry Tymchuk.
“The main reason is the total control of Russians, the so-called representatives of the "DPR" and "LPR" leadership, over material and cash flows in pseudo-republics. In private conversations, representatives of illegal armed groups and local "authorities" complain that Russian authorities steal on such a scale that nothing is left for the others, and Russian troops provide them with relevant cover. In this case, the Donetsk officials have almost zero access to the distribution of money and material resources in the pseudo-republic."
In turn, Russian mercenaries in the Donbas do not trust the local terrorist commanders.
“Increase in mistrust is observed among the Russian regular servicemen from among the command of the "2nd AC LPR" towards the “on-sight” commanders of the militants. The commanders are accused of distorting the real state of affairs in the units, representing the level of "military discipline," the state of equipmemt and weapons, the combat readiness of units in a positive light. For the "gloss over reality", two commanders of the middle level of the Russian occupation forces are threatened with dismissal."
Reportedly, the command of the militants continues to conceal the losses of personnel, therefore, it uses the "humanitarian convoy" to transport the bodies of the killed soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
