KHERSON (QHA) -

The court sentenced two FSB (Federal Security Service of Russian Federation) servicemen detained in the Kherson region to up to 15 days of administrative arrest and fines of 320 UAH. The relevant records No. 657/1368/17, No. 657/1369/17 of the court decisions regarding the detainees were published in the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions of Ukraine, InformNapalm reported.

According to the court decision both representatives of the Russian FSB (names are not disclosed in the court decisions) were sentenced to up to 15 days and a fine of 320 UAH. The protocol also states that all seized items will be returned to them.

“The decisions of the Kalanchak District Court of the Kherson region look careless and contain number of inaccuracies. Perhaps, the court deliberately made them to commute the sentence,” the authors of the publication noted.

In particular, the indicated number of the unit where the detainees serve is not correct. In addition, according to the court decision, they were detained on the Mala Kosa coast six kilometers from Oleksandrivka, Kherson region, at 11:00 on June 30, whereas earlier the State Border Guard Service had announced the detention of the FSB officers at 00:30.

Earlier, the border guards of the Kherson detachment together with the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region detained two servicemen of the FSB border guard service of Russian Federation at night on June 30.

Later the fighters of the 56 separate motorized brigades specified that hand-fighting methods had been used during the detention.

On June 30, the Kalanchak Court arrested the detained border guards of the Russian FSB for 15 days.
