April 4, an emergency meeting of the Executive Council of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) will take place because of the poisoning of ex-spy Sergey Skripal and his daughter Julia in British city of Salisbury.
“An international group of observers from the OPCW will meet on Wednesday on the case of poisoning the British-Russian spy Sergei Skripal,” the report says.
The experts of this organization have already investigated samples of a substance that poisoned a former spy.
Earlier, Sergei Skripal's daughter had emerged from a critical condition and her condition was assessed as stable. According to some sources, the poisoning of Julia Skripal was not as strong as that of her father, she even came to the senses after the incident.
Reportedly, the ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia have a small chance to survive, according to Skripal’s niece of Victoria. She added that the 90-year-old mother of the ex-spy was not informed about the poisoning of her son and granddaughter because of her poor health.
