LUHANSK (QHA) -

The Ukrainian representatives of the Joint Coordination and Control Center (JCCC) claim damage to the car of the Special Monitoring Mission of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (SMM OSCE), allegedly from a mine explosion during patrols in the Luhansk region. According to preliminary data, the incident caused death and injuries.

“April 23, at about 10:17, while conducting patrols in the area of the settlement of Prishib, in the territory of the ORLO, a car of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was blown up allegedly on the mine,” the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informed.

Earlier, in late March, militants undermined a car with a member of the Security Service of Ukraine.
