BAĞÇASARAY/BAKHCHISARAI (QHA) - Yesterday, June 28, a solemn opening ceremony the park of miniatures took place on the territory of the Bağçasaray’s town park. More than 55 hıstorical, cultural and architectural sights are represented here. Among of them are both Crimean and world objects. All miniatures are made on a scale of 1:25.
It can see buildings of Aqmescit railway station, Massandra, Vorontsov’s, Livadya palaces, Kezlev’s Cuma Cami, Swallow Nest castle, Crimean astrophysical observatory as well as miniatures of monuments that were lost.
This park occupies the territory of 2.5 hectares. The Cartoon’s park with characters of known cartoons is created especially for children on its territory.
The town municipality noted none of kopeks from the town budget was spent for this.
As known, similar parks are in Aluşta and Kezlev but the Bağçasaray’s park is the largest one by a territory and a number of objects.
Founder of the park of miniatures Viktor Zhylenko stressed that more than hundred Crimean sights would appear in the near future here. According to him, a small zoo will be opened in a week here too.
