(QHA) - With coming of calendar autumn, the number of tourists in Crimea sharply drops and housing rent prices fall a lot. Portal Domik.net makes such conclusions after studying the prices for daily rent of housing in Crimea, reports Ukrinform. “With coming of September, prices fall a lot, and at the end of the month they fall by more than 50%. Sometimes, it is possible to rent housing for third of the summer price. Hotels reduce prices by 15-30% in September against August,” a statement reads. One-room apartment in Evpatoria's center, which is let at UAH 280 a day in August, will cost UAH 220 in September. For those, who want more nature, there are villages of the south coast of Crimea. There are less people in summer here too, against cities on the seashore, and in September houses are half empty, it means that the beach will be free. A price in August is UAH 1,000/house, and in September a price is more attractive - UAH 400-500. For a great group of friends and relatives, including children, rent of a private house, which will be in full disposal of the tourists, will fit. The advantage of renting the quality housing in autumn is obvious: until the end of August it is USD 260 a day, and in September - USD 100 a day.
