Chernivtsi: ‘hedgehogs’ for QR-Codes used as tour guides

A new tourist route has been launched in the city.

‘Hedgehogs’ for QR-Codes, used as tour guides, appeared in Chernivtsi.

According to the Chernivtsi City Council press service, the special plates with QR-codes and pictures of hedgehogs can be seen around the city now.

The tourists can get acquainted with interesting and informative description of the nearest historical monument, square or building by reading the QR-Code using tablets or smartphones. The arrows next to these signs indicate the path to the next location of the route that includes 21 historical and architectural places of interest.
