Yalta residents, having privileges to travel on route transports, are often facing the minibus drivers’ refusal to take them to destination. The poor provision of services is connected with a large number of problems with carries.

The shortage of vehicles is the main problem of drivers. Minibuses are often overcrowded, which creates an additional reason for not providing the beneficiaries with seats.

According to the decree, over 20 categories of citizens have the right to free travel by minibus. Igor Rekaykin, head of the Department for Industry, Transport and Communication of the Yalta City Administration encourages residents to defend their rights.
