Simferopol (QHA) - Crimean residents who plan wedding in the near future are worried what wedding convoy of vehicles would be regarded as in light of newly adopted laws banning more than five vehicles in a convoy. Head of Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov shared this on his Facebook page. Refat Chubarov said that his friend, who is soon marrying his son asked him about this. “I advised him to turn to the Crimean Council of Ministers for clarifications,” noted Chubarov. As reported, the Ukrainian Parliament passed a law toughening rules for conducting peaceful assemblies. Among other things, the drivers are forbidden to move in a convoy consisting of more than five cars without prior approval from the Interior Ministry. Breaking this prohibition is subject to a fine or deprivation of driver’s license for up to two years.
