The unknown painted an arrow on the road from Simferopol in the colors of the occupier’s flag, but failed with the order of the bands. Now, a passing driver encounters a blue-red-white flag, while the first color of the Russian flag is white.

Perhaps, the failure may be explained by a white inscription "Simferopol" being on the top of the arrow, but the authors’ idea is still unclear to anyone who saw the "updated" arrow.
