- The UN has resumed humanitarian operations in the Russia-occupied areas of the Luhansk region three months after their suspension, according to the UN page on Twitter.

Earlier on, the OSCE spokesman Martin Saydik said that it was agreed in Minsk to provide the UN agencies with an access to the "LPR" (“Luhansk People’s Republic”).

It’s worth mentioning that the self-proclaimed "LPR" demanded the UN agencies to leave the territory they control.
