BAKHCHISARAY (QHA) -
Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov applied to "court" of Bakhchisaray to clarify the actions of the  RF Federal Service for Financial Monitoring, which blocked any financial transactions with his participation, according to Ilmi Umerov’s Facebook page.
 
“Yesterday, 01.09.2017, in the afternoon, I submitted an application to the court of Bakhchisaray district with a request to explain to me how to should I pay an administrative fine for participation in the meeting of the Mejlis 22.09.2016,” he wrote.
 
Reportedly, the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov can not carry out any banking operations, as he was blocked in the program as an "extremist." Russian Federal Service for Financial Monitoring included him in the list of active terrorists and extremists. Ilmi Umerov learned this information from bank's employees, when he tried to pay a fine imposed by the so-called Bakhchisaray "court", which found him guilty of committing an administrative offense.
