Ukraine will suspend the movement of freight vehicles from the Russian Federation. Such a decision was made today, February 15, at a government meeting, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reports.
“The Russian Federation, in violation of the rules and procedures of the World Trade Organization and bilateral intergovernmental agreement on road transport, has unilaterally stopped the movement of Ukrainian freight motor transport on the territory of Russia. Thus, Ukraine suspends the transit of trucks registered in Russia through Ukrainian territory,” the statement says.
Just a reminder: On February 14, Rostransnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Transport) suspended the traffic of Ukrainian freight motor transport within the Russian territory,” reads the statement.
