Today, February 18, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) recommended that carriers consider resuming flights over Crimea. The Agency came to the point that currently the airlines have fewer risks associated with Russia’s occupation of Crimea. At the same time, the flights of the foreign companies will be co-ordinated and controlled by air traffic control service of Ukraine.
