Two hundred Canadian soldiers arrived in Ukraine

Canadian military arrived to conduct operation Unifier.

Today, the first group of 200 soldiers from Canada has arrived in Ukraine. Canadian military will participate in the operation Unifier, the press service of the Canadian Defense Ministry reports.

Unifier is the Canadian Army mission on training Ukrainian soldiers. Canadian soldiers will replace their colleagues from the second Canadian Mechanized Brigade (2 CMBG), who trained Ukrainian soldiers, says a statement published on the website of the Canadian Ministry of Defence. 

According to the Ministry, the Canadian soldiers, who will train their Ukrainian colleagues, are experts in different specialties.
