KYIV (QHA) -

Twitter, one of the largest social networks in the world, has started blocking the accounts of Ukrainian users on a massively scale.

As of now, it has blocked more than 200 accounts. Just in a few hours it has blocked the most top-rated and visited pages, such as an account of Yevgen Konoplyanka, Pasha Petrychenko, Ukrainian Forces, "Mirotovorets" Center, Bloody pastor, Lisovy brother and News of Ukraine, which had close to 500 thousand folowers.

It is worth mentioning that the owners of these accounts are against Russian aggression.

In response, the Ukrainians have started posting in the social networks the hash tags like #saveUAtwi #JeSuisUkrTwi, which are now on the Twitter top.

Andrey Olefirov, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland, also responded to this situation, appealed to the Twitter technical support and urged the users to do screenshots to prove intentional nature of the bans by bots. PHOTO: Internet
