In keeping with their promise, truckers protesting against introduction of the PLATON system blocked traffic on Moscow’ s MKAD highway, reports

A column made up of dozens of trucks has blocked traffic on the highway, causing a 10-kilometer long traffic jam to occur.  Motorists stranded in the traffic jam have been standing in it for more than an hour.
