TRT-Avaz TV Channel, member of the Turkey's State TV Company - TRT, has started airing in Russian.
The news, which is to be broadcast on weekdays at 5.45 p.m. Turkish time, will be presented by Elmaz Kyrymly, a former employee of the Creative Union of Crimean Tatar Programs with the broadcasting company "Crimea."
The materials will be prepared by news editors of TRT-Avaz, who select the news of the Turkic world, as well as Europe and Asia.
The news program will last 10 minutes.
This program is one of the first news TRT Holding projects in Russian.
TRT web site provides news in more than 40 languages.
