Sweets instead of lunch offered to pupils in Alushta

Only junior pupils are supposed to be given such ratio, senior students have to buy food at the nearest market.

The students of schools do not receive proper nutrition in the city of Alushta. According to Alushtynska Shkolyarochka Ltd., providing meals for children, it is impossible to prepare a full-fledged meal for budget allocated RUB 37, Novosti Kryma reports. 

“Sausages, hamburgers and tea are rarely available in the menu. They usually offer biscuits, sweets and juices," the parents of the pupils attending the school No.1 complain.  

The Administration of the Department for Education and Youth promised that the situation would shortly change. The officials intend to find a new company, which will provide the full-fledged hot lunches for the same RUB 37.
