According to the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, today from 07.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. St. Michael's Monastery is to sound the alarm. The initiators of the action - the project group "Laboratory of Change", and St. Michael's Monastery - want to remind fellow citizens of the night 10 to 11 December, 2013 when the "Berkut" (special police force) for the first time tried to clean up the Maidan.

Night 10 to 11 December, 2013, a ringer Ivan Sidor for four hours tolled the alarm bell on the tower of St. Michael's Monastery, calling together the citizens of Kyiv. Largely thanks to him, then Maidan held out.

Video interviews with witnesses of that memorable night will be aired in breaks between the bells ringing (for 10 minutes every half hour from 07.00 p.m. to 10.00).
