The most military who were called up within the sixth wave, will be demobilized in October, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on the Facebook page.
“If the military-strategic situation remains stable, a draft regulation will be submitted to the President of Ukraine, on demobilization of the 6th rotation in the current month and the bulk of the mobilized soldiers in October 2016,” said the Acting Head of the Directorate-General - Deputy Chief of the General staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Volodymyr Talalay.
At this stage, the control agencies in the army are preparing lists and graphic plans of the personnel layoffs, which will be implemented in stages. Gradual release and passing the positions, military equipment and property will be carried out in order not to reduce the operational status.
The demobilized military personnel must be put on the Priority Reserve.
