After twelve days of administrative arrest, Crimean Tatar activist Seyran Saliev was able to return home. Information on his release was made public by activists on Facebook.
Seyran’s Friends made a real feast for him.
Lawyer Emil Kurbedinov who was released two days earlier, also came to congratulate Saliev to his release.
Earlier QHA reported that the Crimean Tatar activist Seyran Saliev January 26 was charged under two articles of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation under decision of "Court": dissemination of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Administrative Code of Russia) and the propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code Russia). He was imposed 12 days of administrative arrest.
