This morning, on July 19, Russian security officials conduct searches in the house of Gulsum Aliyeva, the daughter of the Crimean Tatar Muslim Aliyev unlawfully convicted in the "Yalta group" case. Gulsum Aliyeva was charged because of publications on the page of the Crimean Solidarity public organization on Facebook.

Human rights activists report that the invaders drafted a protocol against Aliyeva and informed her of the charge. During the search mobile phones and equipment were confiscated from all members of the family in the Aliyevs' house.

Meanwhile, the youngest child of the Aliyevs had a fever. Neighbors and relatives had to call the ambulance.

According to lawyer Lilya Gemedzhi, the searches were conducted under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "incitement of ethnic hatred in publications in social networks".

"The search was very thorough," the lawyer informed.

Lawyer Edem Semedlyaev, who was also at Aliyev's house, said that the search was conducted with the aim of putting pressure on Muslim Aliyev.

"This is a pressure on the Crimean Solidarity as well," Semedlyaev noted.

Reference: on the morning of July 19, FSB officers broke into the house of the Crimean Tatar involved in the "case of the Yalta group" Muslim Aliyev. According to human rights activists, more than 10 security officers were involved in the operation.

Muslim Aliev is implicated in "Yalta group case". He was detained on February 11, 2016. At the moment, along with other Crimeans - Enver Bekirov, Vadim Siruk, and Emir-Usein Kuku - he is in the detention center in Rostov-on-Don. All of them are accused of participating in the activities of the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is banned in the territory of the Russian Federation.
