Russian helicopters fly over Crimean border again

Ukrainian border guards recorded the flight of two Russian Mi-8 helicopters over the administrative border with the occupied Crimea on April 2.

"Border guards of Kherson squad have detected two Russian Mi-8 helicopters flying over the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea at the administrative border. The guards informed the interoperable units of the incident," according to the Main Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Border guards repeatedly report about the flights of Russian helicopters from the occupied Crimea.

In particular, several Russian helicopters were detected over the administrative border with Crimea by border guards of Henichesk squad with Berdyansk detachment on 27 February.

March 12, border guards spotted the flight of four Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters along the administrative border.
