According to Obozrevatel, the man cites quotes from the Holy Scripture and asks them to be evaluated for conformity to the Law of the Russian Federation ‘On Protection of Minors from Information Detrimental to Their Health and Development’.

There are a few quotations in the complaint the man believes could be ‘damaging’ for children, including ‘Let's get our father to drink wine and then sleep with him and preserve our family’ and ‘So both of Lot's daughters became pregnant by their father’ (Genesis 19:36).

The complaint is to be processed within a 3-day term, following which it should either be investigated, or forwarded to Roskomnadzor (a Russian data protection authority) or left unaddressed.
