Oleh Slobodian, Spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, said that the vehicle shipment (100 units) has been delivered through a closed checkpoint "Dolzhansky."

“On April 18, Russia started unauthorized deliveries of large-scale shipment (over 100 units) of special vehicles allegedly for the needs of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the separatist quasi-public unit" through a closed checkpoint Dolzhansky," said the Spokesman at a briefing in Kyiv, as reported by UNIAN.

According to Slobodian, special vehicles are supposed to be fire trucks, tank trucks and rescue vehicles.

He also added that Russia plans to complete the deliveries of specialized vehicles until 28 April.
