The Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov, who is a regular participant in the killings and terrorist operations held by the Russian Special Services, commands a group of militants who are plotting a terrible trap for the Crimean Tatars.
The specially FSB-trained group of Kadyrov militants intends to conduct a series of terrorist attacks, said the representative of the Western Intelligence Services as cited by QHA.

According to the information received, the FSB-planned terrorist acts will be carried out in Moscow and other Russian cities, as well as in the Ukrainian capital Kiev and in Crimea.

Following the sequential or simultaneous terrorist attacks, the responsibility will laid on the Crimean Tatars.

Due to fake information the situation will be presented as if the attacks were made by the Crimean Tatars.

The representative of the Intelligence Services, who wished to keep his name secret, said that in the past, Russia has already tried to discredit certain individuals or communities and then eliminate them completely accusing of such attacks.

It may be an effective way to suppress the resistance of the Crimean Tatars, who continue to oppose the occupation of Crimea.

Soon after Vladimir Putin’s coming to power, two buildings were blown up in central Moscow. The responsibility was laid on Chechens. Right after the explosions the second Chechen war began, during which more than 300 thousand people were killed and lost their homes.
Later, a lot of doubts and arguments were voiced, saying not the Chechens arranged those explosions, but the FSB.

The Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Extremism Research Oleg Zarubinskyi has already stated that the Russian Special Services might conduct a series of terrorist attacks in Crimea and accuse the Crimean Tatar people.

Prior to Zarubinskyi, Adam Osmaev, the Commander of the International Peacekeeping Battalion named after Dzhokhar Dudayev, told about the possible locations of terrorist attacks in the Crimea.
