“The Ministry considers unreasonable refusals filed on a same sample denying the right of a consular official to visit illegally imprisoned Ukrainians as a gross violation of the international obligations undertaken by the Russian Federation, as well as of the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 and the Consular Convention between Ukraine and the Russian Federation in 1993”, reads the statement of the Ukrainian department.
