The Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov informed that the FSB in the occupied Crimea detained the Crimean Tatar Emil Mukhteremov on the evening of March 15.
“In Feodosia FSB officers detained Emil Mukhteremov when he and his friend got into his car. After a while, Emil was able to call his friend and inform that he was brought to the Feodosiya branch of the Russian Federation FSB,” Chubarov wrote on Facebook.
Later, the FSB officers dropped off the detainee Emil Mukhteremov on the road near the village of Zybino and forced to dig a pit, threatening to bury him in it, according to the Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov.
“Reported from the Crimea: employees of Russian punitive bodies dropped off the previously detained Emil Mukhteremov right on the road near the village of Zybino. Emil phoned his relatives on someone else's phone ... Near Zybino village of Ichkinsky (Soviet) district he was forced to dig a hole, threatening to bury him in it. Then the FSB officers left, leaving Emil in the indicated place," Chubarov wrote.
Fortunately, the FSB officers left without carrying out their threats. The released Crimean Tatar has already contacted his relatives and reported his location.
